Impact Bell's return to full practice participation suggests the rookie wide receiver should be available when the Browns face the Bengals on Halloween. The third-round pick out of Purdue is still searching for his first NFL touchdown and has only seven catches through seven games.

Impact Njoku nor the Browns have officially ruled the tight end out from playing Monday against the Bengals, but he doesn't seem to have a realistic shot at suiting up while he recovers from the left high-ankle sprain he sustained in a Week 7 loss to the Ravens. Assuming Njoku is formally ruled out for Week 8 when Cleveland releases its final injury report Saturday, Harrison Bryant would be in line to handle the bulk of the reps at tight end Monday night.

Impact Cleveland's injury report won't come out until Saturday since the Browns will play Monday in Week 8, but back-to-back absences from practice don't bode well for Brown's chances of suiting up. He'll still need to pass the NFL's concussion protocol before being cleared to play. With David Njoku (ankle) in line to be out, Harrison Bryant is the only healthy tight end on Cleveland's roster at the moment.

Impact According to Cabot, Hughlett's deal includes an $865,000 signing bonus, the largest in NFL history that's ever been guaranteed to a long snapper. The 32-year-old Hughlett joined the Browns in December 2014 and is the second-longest tenured player in the organization.

The fact that he wasn't withheld from Thursday's practice entirely suggests that Bell is on track to play Monday against the Bengals, but he'll likely have to put in a full practice Friday or Saturday to guarantee his availability for the Week 8 contest.

If the Browns trade Hunt, Johnson would move up to second on the depth chart. If Johnson is traded, the team trading for him presumably would have a bigger role waiting for him. Per usual, Johnson is listed as third at running back on the Browns' unofficial depth chart and as the primary kickoff returner for Monday night's game against the Bengals.

Impact Brown was removed from the Cleveland's Week 7 loss to Baltimore with what was initially described as a neck injury. Impact With Jacob Phillips (pectoral) likely done for the season, Jones is expected to step in and replace him as Cleveland's top option at middle linebacker. The 27-year-old registered five tackles in his team debut in Week 7 versus the Ravens after he was acquired via trade from the Falcons on Oct. 10.
