Suffers knee injury Saturday Adeniji hurt his right knee in Saturday's preseason loss to Green Bay and exited the stadium on crutches, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Impact Adeniji was hurt on a pass play that resulted in a Tyler Huntley interception early in the third quarter. It was a rough day for Cleveland's offensive line, as fellow tackles James Hudson (ankle) and Germain Ifedi (hand) also departed with injuries. Adeniji has been competing for a depth role in the preseason, and his chance of making the 53-man roster could take a hit if he's unable to play in the Browns' final exhibition game next Saturday against Seattle.

Impact Ifedi signed with the Browns in April after spending part of last season on the team's practice squad. He had been on the outside looking in for a spot on the 53-man roster prior to getting hurt Saturday, and the injury could spell an end to his chances if it causes him to miss additional time.

Moves to injured reserve Cleveland placed Breeze (undisclosed) on injured reserve Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Impact Breeze went unclaimed after being waived/injured Friday, and he's consequently been placed on IR. The safety is now set to miss the entire 2024 season unless he and the Browns reach an injury settlement. Breeze had stood out in Cleveland's first preseason game with a team-leading 10 tackles (seven solo), including one sack.

Suffers ankle injury Hudson has been ruled out from returning to Saturday's preseason game against the Vikings due to an ankle injury, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Hudson was hurt on a passing play late in the second quarter and was subsequently ruled out from a return shortly after halftime. The fourth-year pro started the exhibition game at right tackle with projected regular-season starting tackles Jedrick Wills (knee) and Jack Conklin (knee) both on the PUP list. When all three players are healthy, Hudson is expected to work in a backup role.

Impact It's not yet clear how severe Ricci's injury is or whether it will cause him to miss time beyond Saturday's contest.
