Three grabs against Washington Slayton caught three of four targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Commanders. Impact The veteran receiver finished a distant second on the Giants in catches and targets to dynamic rookie Malik Nabers, who posted a 10-127-1 line and saw more targets (18) than the rest of the team put together. Slayton was, however, the intended target on a pair of two-point attempts from Daniel Jones that misfired, after Graham Gano (hamstring) was injured on the opening kickoff. Slayton has seen exactly four targets, and caught three of them, in each of New York's first two games this season, giving him a limited ceiling heading into a Week 3 clash with the Browns.
