Courtland Sutton - Catches passes from two QBs Sunday Sutton caught two of three passes for 35 yards in Sunday's 34-30 preseason win over the Colts.
Impact Sutton caught one pass apiece from Jarrett Stidham and Bo Nix, as both quarterbacks got a chance to work with Denver's first-team offense. The Broncos' wide receiver depth chart is unsettled behind Sutton, but the five-time 700-yard receiver is poised to operate as the team's top option in the passing game after hashing out a contract dispute earlier in the offseason. Nix is expected to start the next preseason game against the Packers, and Sutton will likely play alongside the rookie first-round pick as they look to build chemistry prior to the regular season.

Audric Estime - Has TD and fumble in NFL debut Estime rushed 10 times for 31 yards and a touchdown, caught all three of his targets for 13 yards and lost a fumble in Sunday's 34-30 preseason win over the Colts.
Impact Estime was the fourth running back into the game for the Broncos after Javonte Williams, Jaleel McLaughlin and Samaje Perine all saw action in the first quarter. The rookie fifth-round pick is considered more of a threat to Williams' early-down touches than McLaughlin or Perine's reps in pass catching situations, though Estime showed himself to be a capable pass catcher by securing all three of his targets Sunday. Estime scored a two-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter but put the ball on the ground on his very next carry and watched the Indianapolis defense scoop and score on his fumble. With the knee injury that kept him sidelined during the spring now in the rear-view mirror, Estime will likely handle another substantial workload in Denver's next preseason game against the Packers.

Bo Nix - Sharp in NFL debut Nix completed 15 of 21 passes for 125 yards and one touchdown while rushing three times for 17 yards in Sunday's 34-30 preseason win over the Colts.
Impact Nix came into the game after Jarrett Stidham played the first two possessions, but the rookie looked much more effective while also getting a chance to work with the first-team offense for his first drive in the game. Stidham didn't produce any points on his two drives and threw an interception, while Nix led the offense to a field goal on his first possession before capping his second drive with a one-yard touchdown pass to Marvin Mims and adding another field goal in the two-minute drill. Nix showcased some playmaking ability with his legs prior to the touchdown pass, converting a third down with a six-yard scramble and taking off for an 11-yard gain on an option play three plays later. He led another touchdown drive to begin the third quarter before giving way to Zach Wilson, who also produced two touchdown drives. Denver's quarterback competition has yet to be decided, but Nix helped his case with Sunday's strong performance and is expected to start against the Packers in Denver's next preseason game.

Impact Stidham being the first quarterback in the game suggests he's in contention to win the starting job in the regular season after starting Denver's final two games in 2023, but he didn't do himself any favors with his performance Sunday. Art Green - Won't return to preseason opener Green (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's exhibition contest against the Colts, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Impact Green was hurt while making a tackle late in the third quarter and was subsequently evaluated for a concussion. He's since been ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Green is a long shot to make the 53-man roster but could land a role on the practice squad when healthy.
