Impact Although Vildor played 781 snaps last year while averaging just less than three tackles per game, his role is expected to change this year. After the Bears selected Kyler Gordon in this year's draft, the rookie is expected to start along with Jaylon Johnson. However, Gordon has been used in the slot when Chicago uses three cornerbacks on the field, which has provided Vildor with a role on the outside. Although Vildor could continue in his training-camp role when the season starts, expect a reduction in his 2021 snaps, which would lower his IDP value.

Quiet in season finale Vildor tallied a tackle in the Bears' 31-17 Week 18 loss to the Vikings, and he ended the season with 45 tackles, four passes defensed and a sack.
Impact Vildor was playing in a full-time role through Week 11 before seeing his snaps drastically lowered the rest of the way. He's signed through the 2023 season, but unless he can earn back the regular playing time he was seeing early in the year he'll be a risky player to draft in IDP leagues.
