Kristian Fulton - Active against Arizona Fulton (hamstring) is active for Monday night's game against the Cardinals.

Impact Fulton was injured last Sunday against Denver but was able to make enough progress to get the green light for this one. With Deane Leonard (hamstring) and Asante Samuel (shoulder) recently placed on injured reserve, Fulton, Elijah Molden, Ja'Sir Taylor and Cam Hart should see the bulk of the cornerback work.

Impact After missing the previous two games, Taylor was able to practice on a limited basis all week and is ready to return. It's a boost to the Los Angeles secondary after Asante Samuel (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve last week.

Derius Davis - Unavailable for MNF Davis (hamstring) is inactive for Monday night's contest against the Cardinals.

Impact Davis popped up on Saturday's injury report with a hamstring issue and he'll ultimately be forced to miss the team's matchup with Arizona. In his absence, Jalen Reagor is a candidate to see extra work as a kick returner and punt returner in Week 7.

Impact McConkey was deemed a limited practice participant this week before approaching the contest listed as questionable. Now that his active status has been confirmed, McConkey is in a position to remain a key target for QB Justin Herbert after having combined for nine catches (on 15 targets) for 110 yards and a TD over his last two outings. Impact Reagor has yet to play this season, but he did suit up 11 times for the Patriots last season, making seven catches on 23 targets for 138 yards, while also handling some return duties. The 25-year-old could see a considerable workload depending on who suits up for the Chargers. Aside from Quentin Johnson (ankle) who is doubtful, the team also has Ladd McConkey (hip), Simi Fehoko (shoulder) and Derius Davis (hamstring) listed as questionable from their receiving corps for MNF against the Cardinals.

Shaun Wade - Headed to active roster Wade signed with the Chargers' 53-man roster from their practice squad Monday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Wade has yet to play this season, but he'll now get a chance to with his move to the team's active roster. With Deane Leonard (hamstring) now on IR and both Ja'Sir Taylor (lower leg) and Kristian Fulton (hamstring) questionable for Monday's game against the Cardinals, the Bolts could be in dire need of help in the secondary. Derius Davis was also added to Saturday's injury report due to a hamstring injury, so McConkey's availability will be critical as effectively one of the last men standing in an inexperienced pass-catching corps for quarterback Justin Herbert. More information regarding all of the wideout injuries should be available before the 9:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Impact Fehoko was a full participant in both Friday and Saturday's practice, so it's probably fair to assume the fourth-year wide receiver should be available for Monday. Fehoko's status bears some bit of consequence given Quentin Johnston (ankle) and Hayden Hurst (groin) are both doubtful, while wide receivers Ladd McConkey (hip), D.J. Chark (groin) and Derius Davis (hamstring) are all listed as questionable. Fehoko did catch two passes for 44 yards last week in the absence of Johnston, and he could see more opportunities in this Los Angeles wide receiver room ravaged by injuries.
