Impact Callaway was silent before popping for a 58-yard gain at the start of the third quarter. Meanwhile, Deonte Harris easily paced the team with eight targets while no other Saints player saw more than three. While Callaway is technically the No. 1 perimeter option while Michael Thomas (ankle) and Tre'Quan Smith (hamstring) are sidelined, his upside is clearly capped by this low-volume New Orleans passing game that saw Jameis Winston set a season high with 23 passing attempts Sunday. However, his low floor is at least coupled with a high ceiling in Week 5 against a Washington defense that has surrendered 10 passing scores through four weeks.

Impact Jameis Winston only completed 11 passes all afternoon in a truly terrible performance, but Callaway still led all Saints' wideouts in catches and targets. The second-year player still appears to be atop the depth chart for New Orleans, but between a blowout win in Week 1 and a complete no-show by the Saints' offense in Week 2, he hasn't had much of a chance to turn that role into real volume. Callaway faces a potentially tough matchup next week as well, on the road against the Patriots.

Impact After a summer full of hype, Callaway didn't seem to be have a large role in the game plan despite the absences of both Michael Thomas (ankle) and Tre'Quan Smith (hamstring). Instead, Jameis Winston spread the ball around to eight different receivers with Adam Trautman (six targets) and Alvin Kamara (four) getting the most attention. However, it should be noted that Winston only needed to throw 20 passes in this one, and Callaway would be an obvious candidate to see more looks when the Saints do need to air it out more often. The second-year receiver will look to rebound in Week 2 against Carolina.

Impact Callaway was the star of the show, hauling in a 43-yard touchdown while being interfered with to cap New Orleans' opening drive. He then made an incredible, one-handed catch while outstretched for a 29-yard score two series later. In doing so, the second-year pro showed a great connection with quarterback Jameis Winston, which should bode well for Callaway as he approaches the regular season.
