Impact Jones injured his neck in the fourth quarter of a Week 5 loss to Miami and wasn't able to practice at all last week. The quarterback told Slater that he's "doing everything [he] can" to be ready for Sunday's game, though it bears mentioning that both Jones and head coach Brian Daboll expressed optimism early last week that he'd be able to take the field versus Buffalo this past Sunday, which didn't come particularly close to happening. The level of Jones' participation in practice this week should provide insight into his chances of playing Week 7. If Jones is forced to miss that contest, Tyrod Taylor again would step in as the starting signal-caller for a Giants team desperately in need of a win.

Graham Gano - Hits all three FG tries Sunday Gano made all three of his field-goal attempts in Sunday's 14-9 loss to the Bills.
Impact The Giants weren't able to score a touchdown in the contest, so Gano's leg was responsible for all of the team's scoring. The veteran converted two 29-yarders and a 43-yarder to finish with exactly three field goals for the second straight week. Gano is 10-for-13 on field-goal tries overall this season, with two of his misses coming Week 1 versus Dallas.

Micah McFadden - Part of two turnovers Sunday McFadden registered seven tackles (three solo), an interception and a fumble recovery in Sunday's 14-9 loss to Buffalo.
Impact McFadden finished second on the Giants in tackles behind Bobby Okereke, who racked up 11. The linebacker duo also combined for a pair of turnovers -- Okereke punched the ball away from Gabe Davis and into the arms of McFadden in the first quarter, then batted a Josh Allen pass that McFadden corralled for an interception in the second. McFadden played 79 percent of New York's defensive snaps in the contest after missing Week 5 versus Miami due to an ankle injury.

Jalin Hyatt - Sees more work with minor impact Hyatt caught three of four targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 14-9 loss to the Bills.
Impact Hyatt played on 73 percent of New York's offensive snaps, the highest mark of his career thus far. His three catches also were a campaign high, though he was able to turn the receptions into only 21 yards. The rookie looked like he could emerge as the Giants' much-needed deep threat when he caught two passes for 89 yards Week 2 against Arizona, but his other five receptions this season have gone for just 31 combined yards. While the increased snap count Sunday is an encouraging sign for his outlook going forward, the Giants' passing game as a whole has struggled this season, and Hyatt has yet to put up the type of production that should inspire confidence in fantasy managers.

Darren Waller - Gains 43 yards Sunday Waller (groin) finished with five receptions on eight targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 14-9 loss to the Bills.
Impact Waller was able to suit up for Sunday's primetime matchup after picking up a groin injury in last week's loss to Miami. The 29-year-old did not appear limited by his injury, producing his third game with five or more receptions this season. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor nearly connected with his tight end for a touchdown in the closing moments of Sunday's loss, but the pass went off Waller's outstretched fingertips before hitting grass. The play did draw a pass interference flag, but the Giants squandered the ensuing play as time expired. Waller will attempt to score that elusive first touchdown of 2023 when the Giants host the Commanders next Sunday.
