Tevin Coleman - No practice activity Thursday Coleman (concussion) didn't participate in Thursday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Coleman was placed in the NFL's concussion protocol at some point after the Jets' Week 13 loss to the Eagles, even though he wasn't forced to exit that contest early due to an injury. In any case, Coleman's inability to practice even in a limited capacity at this stage of the week isn't a promising sign with regard to his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Saints. The Jets will see if Coleman can take a step forward in terms of activity at Friday's practice before giving him a designation heading into the weekend.

Impact Griffin missed Wednesday's practice, so his upgrade to limited participation Thursday suggests that he's moving in the right direction in advance of Sunday's game against the Saints. The tight end presumably will have to practice fully Friday in order to avoid a Week 14 injury designation, however.

Impact Per Eric Allen of the Jets' official site, coach Robert Saleh noted Wednesday that Moore is considered "day-to-day" and that the team is "hopeful he'll be able to play Sunday." A return to practice in any capacity Friday on the part of Moore would bolster his chances of playing Sunday against the Saints, and if he's able to suit up this weekend a key role awaits, with fellow wideout Corey Davis on IR with a groin injury.
