Logs seven tackles vs. Chicago Campbell finished Sunday's 38-13 win over the Bears with seven tackles (six solo).

Impact Campbell was the 49ers' leading tackler despite playing a season-low 33 snaps on defense, though that was due to San Francisco's large lead in the fourth quarter. Campbell has registered at least seven tackles in five of his last six games, and for the season he's up to 79 tackles (44 solo) and two pass defenses over 13 regular-season games.

Impact Even though Talanoa Hufanga (wrist) returned from injured reserve before Sunday's game against the Bears, Mustapha still got the start at strong safety and finished with five tackles (two solo) while playing 45 defensive snaps in the 38-13 win. However, Mustapha appears to have picked up a chest injury in the process, which earned him a limited tag on Monday's estimation. His practice participation over the next two days will determine his availability for Thursday's NFC West clash against the Rams.

Samuel is currently mired in a four-game slump that has resulted in 22 or fewer receiving yards in each contest. This Thursday's crucial matchup against the Rams -- who just gave up 42 points in a win over the Bills -- is a prime opportunity for Samuel to look like his former self. If he turns in yet another stinker, managers may have to consider what was once unthinkable, benching the star player due to poor performance as many fantasy leagues enter the playoffs.
