Tristan Wirfs - Suffers sprained ankle Sunday Coach Bruce Arians said after Sunday's win over the Eagles that Wirfs suffered a sprained ankle, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Impact When asked how serious Wirfs' injury was, Arians said we'll have to "wait and see." Wirfs pleaded with trainers to let him back in the game after initially suffering the injury, but that didn't go well as he sported a noticeable limp during his only series and was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game. The All-Pro right tackle's practice statuses this week should give a better indication as to whether or not he will be available for the NFC's divisional round.

Bernard logged only four fewer carries than backfield pacesetter Ke'Shawn Vaughn and checked in second in both receptions and receiving yards on the afternoon. He also opened the scoring on the afternoon with a two-yard touchdown to cap off a 12-play, 75-yard game-opening drive for the Buccaneers, making it a very fruitful fantasy afternoon. Despite Sunday's success, however, Bernard's opportunities could take a hit in next weekend's divisional-round clash against either the Rams or Cardinals if at least one of Fournette or Jones is active for the contest.
