It's also possible that Rudolph will get an extended look under center, as Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Levis' injury typically comes with a 4-to-5 week recovery timeline.

It's a bit of a curious decision given Levis played last week through the shoulder injury, but his ineffectiveness (16 of 27 for 95 passing yards) has been a significant drag on Tennessee's offense. Mason Rudolph will step in as the team's starter with Trevor Siemian slated to back him up.

Impact Siemian provides insurance for Sunday's game against Buffalo due to Will Levis (shoulder) being listed as questionable. If Levis cannot play, Siemian would serve as the Titans' backup quarterback behind Mason Rudolph. Siemian appeared in five regular-season games for the Jets in 2023, during which he completed 56.2 percent of his passes for 724 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions.

Impact Head coach Brian Callahan had suggested this would occur Friday, so it should come as no surprise to fantasy managers. The Titans' anemic passing attack hasn't helped matters, but Burks hasn't produced nearly to the level one would expect based on his draft pedigree, as he has just four receptions for 34 yards across give games while playing a moderately high amount of snaps behind Calvin Ridley and DeAndre Hopkins.

He injured his shoulder in Tennessee's Week 4 win over the Dolphins prior to a Week 5 bye, then played the entire Week 6 loss to the Colts but threw for only 95 yards. If Levis is declared inactive prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff in Buffalo, Mason Rudolph would get the nod under center.

He'll start again this Sunday at Buffalo, but it's hard to ignore that Tennessee's only win of the year came Week 4 when Mason Rudolph replaced an injured Levis early in the game. Another bad week or two from Levis could put Rudolph in the starting role.
