Will Levis - Questionable after limited practice Levis (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills after being a limited participant in practice Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Impact Levis sandwiched a full practice Thursday between limited sessions Wednesday and Friday, so he seems more likely than not to suit up. He injured his shoulder in Tennessee's Week 4 win over the Dolphins prior to a Week 5 bye, then played the entire Week 6 loss to the Colts but threw for only 95 yards. If Levis is declared inactive prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff in Buffalo, Mason Rudolph would get the nod under center.

Tyjae Spears - Won't play Sunday Spears (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Impact Spears will thus target a potential return to action Oct. 27 against the Lions. In his absence Sunday, Tony Pollard is in line to log the bulk of the Titans' Week 7 work at running back, with Julius Chestnut and potentially practice squad member Joshua Kelley also mixing in.

Treylon Burks - Won't play in Buffalo Burks (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Impact Burks' absence could lead to additional opportunities for Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who scored his first touchdown of the season in this past Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Colts. Calvin Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins and Tyler Boyd continue to occupy the top three spots on the wide receiver depth chart in Tennessee's low-octane passing game. Burks' next chance to suit up will be Week 8 in Detroit.

Impact Burks was a limited participant in Wednesday's session, but his inability to practice Thursday doesn't bode well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Bills. Friday's injury report should provide a better idea on whether the 2022 first-round pick will play in Week 7. If Burks cannot suit up, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would step up as the Titans' fourth wideout behind Calvin Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins and Tyler Boyd.

Impact Levis injured his right shoulder right before a Week 5 bye and was back under center for a 20-17 loss to the Colts last week. He'll start again this Sunday at Buffalo, but it's hard to ignore that Tennessee's only win of the year came Week 4 when Mason Rudolph replaced an injured Levis early in the game. Another bad week or two from Levis could put Rudolph in the starting role.

Impact Coburn didn't practice Wednesday and missed the Titans' Week 6 loss to the Colts after sustaining a knee injury in late September. James Lynch is expected to continue serving as the Titans' top rotational defensive end until Coburn is past his knee issue.

Impact Sneed logged 65 defensive snaps during the Titans' Week 6 loss to the Colts, and he finished the contest with eight tackles (seven solo). However, it appears the 2020 fourth-round pick may have picked up a quadriceps injury during the game, which caused him to be sidelined for Wednesday's practice session. He'll have two more chances to practice and avoid an injury tag ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills. Sneed, who was traded by the Chiefs to the Titans in March, has accumulated 23 tackles (19 solo) through five regular-season games.
