Impact Higbee finished third among all Rams' receiving options behind Cooper Kupp (9-183-1) and Odell Beckham (6-69-0). The 28-year-old is averaging 48.5 receiving yards over Los Angeles' first two playoff appearances this year. While that yardage total is nothing to write home about, it is worth mentioning that two of Higbee's five regular-season touchdowns came in a Week 18 matchup against the 49ers, whom the Rams will be facing in the NFC Championship Game next Sunday.

Impact Higbee has showcased a reliable fantasy floor over the past five games, as he's topped 40 receiving yards in each contest to the tune of 25 receptions for 259 yards and two touchdowns. The two scores came during the Week 18 loss to San Francisco, which was his best showing of the season. He should probably be viewed as a mid-tier option at tight end this weekend against the Buccaneers among the four divisional-round games.

Impact Higbee appeared to sustain a painful injury on the Rams' first drive of the second quarter, but he was able to return just in time to catch a wide-open lob in the back of the end zone. The veteran tight end even feigned an injury before breaking into dance after scoring his first of two touchdowns on the day. It was a strong finish to a decent fantasy campaign, as the 28-year-old finishes with 61 receptions, 560 yards and five scores in 15 games this regular season. Higbee's projections should remain modest in the first round of the playoffs against Arizona next week.

Impact Higbee was the Rams' most effective pass catcher in the first quarter and his nine targets led the team, but the targets weren't especially efficient for the broader Rams passing game. That Higbee saw more targets than Cooper Kupp (seven), Odell Beckham (seven) and Van Jefferson (five) could be viewed as a sign of dysfunction in itself, in other words, so it's probably not something the Rams will look to repeat going forward. Higbee has his role in the Rams offense and seems to do it well, but target volume like this is unlikely to repeat most weeks, including against the 49ers in Week 18.
