Although he has been practicing with the team, it's still unclear whether he'll be available for Monday's game with the Saints. When he does officially suit up for the first time this season, it'll be a big boost to a Ravens linebacker corps that has dealt with multiple injuries this season, which has also led to the recent acquisition of Roquan Smith.

Impact Bowser will re-join Baltimore's 53-man roster in the near future after being designated to return Oct. 12. The 27-year-old has been working his way back from a torn Achilles suffered in last year's regular-season finale, and his first opportunity to play again will come next Monday against the Saints. Bowser totaled career highs in sacks (seven) and tackles (59) last season, and he should help bolster the Ravens' depleted pass-rushing unit when healthy.

As a result, the Ravens have been extremely shorthanded at outside linebacker with rookie David Ojabo (Achilles) set to miss the first half of the regular season while recovering on PUP. Bowser recorded a career-high 59 tackles and seven sacks over 17 contests in 2022, and his quick return could make a major impact behind current starters Odafe Oweh and Justin Houston.
