Brock Wright - Off COVID-19 listThe Lions reinstated Wright (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
ImpactWright was unable to clear the NFL's COVID-19 return-to-play protocol in advance of Sunday's 51-29 loss to the Seahawks, resulting in him missing his first game since being promoted from the practice squad back in Week 7. Neither of the two tight ends Detroit had active Week 17 -- Jared Pinkney and Ross Travis -- drew a target in the loss, so Wright should be relatively unchallenged as he reclaims the starting job for this weekend's season finale versus Green Bay. Since settling into a larger role when T.J. Hockenson (thumb) was shut down for the season after Week 13, Wright has recorded six receptions for 24 yards on nine targets over three games.

Josh Reynolds - Cleared for Week 18The Lions activated Reynolds (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
ImpactThough Reynolds wasn't able to clear the NFL's COVID-19 return-to-play protocol ahead of Sunday's eventual 51-29 loss to the Seahawks like Detroit head coach Dan Campbell initially hoped, the 26-year-old is on track to rejoin the lineup for this weekend's season finale versus the Packers. Regardless of whether Jared Goff (knee) or Tim Boyle starts at quarterback Week 18, look for Reynolds to serve as no better than the No. 2 option in the passing attack behind rookie wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown, who has drawn no fewer than 11 targets in any of the Lions' past five games.
