Jaquarii Roberson - Lands another deal with RamsThe Rams signed Roberson to a reserve/future contract Monday.
ImpactRoberson will stick with the Rams after signing with the team's practice squad Dec. 1. The 24-year-old was presumably brought on to provide depth for the team's injury-riddled wide receiver corps, though he was never elevated from the practice squad before the end of the season. Roberson has now spent the first two years of his career bouncing between practice squads, and he'll once again look to secure a spot on the active roster heading into the 2023 season.

Jerreth Sterns - Staying in LAThe Rams signed Sterns to a reserve/future contract Monday.
ImpactSterns signed with Tampa Bay as an undrafted free agent in May 2022, though he was let go as part of the team's final roster cuts in August. The 5-foot-9 wideout then went unsigned before joining the Rams' practice squad Dec. 22. Sterns will now look to make his NFL debut heading into the 2023 campaign.

Michael Hoecht - Ends season on high noteHoecht recorded five tackles (three solo), including a sack, during Sunday's 19-16 overtime loss to the Seahawks.
ImpactThe final game for Hoecht under his current contract with the Rams saw the second-year defensive end continue his strong late-season play. A key play came right before the end of the first half, as Hoecht brought down Geno Smith for a sack with under a minute remaining in the second quarter, which led to a three-and-out from the Seahawks. Hoecht saw his playing time spike significantly from Week 12 on after Aaron Donald (ankle) was lost for the season, and he responded with 34 tackles, 4.5 sacks and a forced fumble during that span. Hoecht will be an exclusive-rights free agent after the season, and with Donald's playing future in doubt, signing Hoecht to a deal after his impressive play in relief may be a priority for the Rams.

Jalen Ramsey - Snags two picks in season finaleRamsey recorded five solo tackles, two interceptions and three pass defenses during Sunday's 19-16 overtime loss to the Seahawks.
ImpactRamsey was able to effectively blanket DK Metcalf, and both of the veteran cornerback's interceptions did indeed come on targets to the star wideout. Ramsey didn't wait long to notch the first pick, as he was able to get in front of Geno Smith's first pass and return the ball all the way back to the Seahawks' 11-yard line, setting up a Matt Gay field goal a few plays later. Ramsey's fourth year with the Rams saw him log career highs in tackles (88) and forced fumbles (three), and he also tied a career high with four interceptions. With three years left on the five-year, $100 million contract extension he signed in 2020, Ramsey will look to continue his lock-down coverage for the Rams in 2023.
