Troy Terry - Nets lone goal in loss Terry scored a goal on three shots in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact Terry was the only Duck to put a puck past Ilya Samsonov. The 27-year-old Terry saw just 13:45 of ice time Sunday while playing in a third-line role. He appears to be the odd man out of the Ducks' top six mix, with Robby Fabbri instead filling that role. Terry battled a lower-body injury late in the preseason, and it's unclear if that's caused him to see a smaller workload early in the season. He's topped the 50-point mark in three straight seasons, but that may be a tough mark to hit if he doesn't get more ice time.

James Reimer - Loses Anaheim debut Reimer stopped 29 of 32 shots in a 3-1 loss to the Golden Knights on Sunday.
Impact Reimer kept things even over the first two periods, but the Golden Knights pulled away with a pair of goals in the third, one of which came on a power play. Reimer was claimed off waivers from Buffalo before Opening Night as the Ducks wanted a veteran backup for Lukas Dostal while John Gibson (abdomen) is on the mend. Dostal put up a shutout in his first start of the year, so Reimer's playing time is likely to be sparse over the remainder of the month.

Impact Fowler picked up the lone helper on Trevor Zegras' empty-netter. The 32-year-old Fowler has had three of his best seasons over the last three years, but the Ducks' ongoing rebuild has introduced younger defensemen into the mix to eat into his role. With no guarantee of power-play time on a team that's still likely to be low-scoring, Fowler could struggle to match last year's 39-point production.
