Ben Meyers - Bags apple in overtime loss Meyers notched an assist, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Meyers has a helper in each of the last two games after spending two contests in the press box as a healthy scratch. The 25-year-old forward is still limited to fourth-line duties, but he's making a stronger case to stay in the lineup over Benoit-Olivier Groulx. Meyers has three points, 12 shots on net, 23 hits and a minus-3 rating over 16 games between the Ducks and the Avalanche this season.

Brett Leason - Hands out helper Sunday Leason notched an assist and two hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Leason has earned six points over 12 contests in March, providing a bit more offense than what would be expected for a bottom-six forward on a weak team. The winger also has 11 hits, 15 blocked shots and 13 shots on net this month. For the season, he's up to 21 points, 78 shots on net, 60 hits, 54 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating. Leason doesn't have great offense, but he adds a little bit of everything despite his limited role.

Max Jones - Provides assist Sunday Jones logged an assist in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Jones snapped a three-game point drought when he set up Pavel Mintyukov's third-period marker. The 26-year-old Jones has 15 points, 76 shots on net, 124 hits, 33 PIM and a minus-6 rating through 52 outings this season. He's seen the occasional promotion to the top six, but he mostly plays limited minutes as a physical presence on the Ducks' third line.

Jakob Silfverberg - Picks up helper in overtime loss Silfverberg notched an assist in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Silfverberg set up a Ross Johnston tally in the first period. The assist snapped a 13-game point drought for Silfverberg, who lost all of the momentum he gained after playing reasonably from late January through February. The winger has just 17 points with 92 shots on net, 29 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 70 appearances, with health being about the only positive on his stat line this season.

Ross Johnston - Scores first goal of season Johnston scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Johnston sniped a shot past Jonas Johansson at 13:49 of the first period. It was Johnston's first goal of the season and first point since Feb. 19. The 30-year-old winger has four points, 40 shots on net, 111 PIM, 104 hits and a minus-9 rating through 58 appearances. He's a fourth-line fixture when in the lineup for the Ducks, offering very little in the way of fantasy value.

Pavel Mintyukov - Tallies in overtime loss Mintyukov scored a goal on five shots and blocked three shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Impact Mintyukov has a point in three of the last four games. The defenseman's goal Sunday forced overtime, but the Ducks couldn't snag the win. He hadn't scored over the last 17 contests, but he had seven helpers in that span. The rookie blueliner is up to four goals, 28 points, 88 shots on net, 78 hits, 62 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating through 60 appearances.

Lukas Dostal - Falls in overtime Dostal kicked out 24 of 27 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning on Sunday.

Impact Dostal faced a light workload to start the game and he turned away all five shots sent his way. It was only the middle frame and the extra period that he allowed any goals to finish with an .889 save percentage. The 23-year old netminder only has three wins in the month of March, much of it a result of the poor play in front of him as he's been solid with a .916 save percentage over that span. The Ducks are on the road against the Kraken on Tuesday.

Lukas Dostal - Expected to start Sunday Dostal is the expected starter for Sunday's home matchup against the Lightning, Derek Lee of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Impact John Gibson will be unavailable due to an illness, paving the way for Dostal to draw the start. Dostal dominated Chicago on Thursday, stopping all 29 shots he faced in the shutout win. However, since the start of February, the 23-year-old has gone 3-8-0 with a 3.40 GAA. On the year, he's 11-19-1 with a 3.46 GAA and a .901 save percentage through 35 appearances.
