Impact Vejmelka has won his last three contests while allowing just two goals on 75 shots (.973 save percentage). However, it will be difficult for him to maintain that level of success against the Avalanche, who rank second offensively this year with 3.65 goals per game. Vejmelka is 5-7-2 with a 2.95 GAA and a .906 save percentage in 15 appearances in 2023-24.

Impact Aside from a short stretch around the start of November, Carcone has received virtually no power-play time. It's possible the Coyotes put him out there Saturday because they were too far behind and wanted to rest their better players. Carcone has certainly earned more looks with the man advantage -- he has 14 goals, five assists, 48 shots on net and a plus-6 rating through 32 appearances this season.

Sean Durzi - Adds power-play assist Durzi notched a power-play assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact Durzi has three assists over two games since he returned from a lower-body injury. With Janis Moser (upper body) leaving Saturday's game early, Durzi could see a larger role following the holiday break. He's been quietly effective for a while now, but he should be generating some buzz in fantasy as long as he's in a top-line role.

Impact Ingram has lost four of his last six outings, and he was spared one after a quick hook and a Coyotes comeback in his previous game. The 26-year-old's magic has seemingly worn off after a hot November earned him the starting role outright. The loss Saturday dropped Ingram to 12-7-0 with a 2.62 GAA and a .916 save percentage through 21 appearances. Impact Moser was injured on a hit from Miles Wood in the second period. It's unclear if Moser will be forced to miss time after the holiday break. If he does, Juuso Valimaki would likely take over for Moser both in a top-four role at even strength and on the power play.

Ingram has been excellent in net for most of the season, going 12-6-0 with a 2.55 GAA, .919 save percentage and three shutouts. He's unlikely to see more than third-pairing usage if he can maintain his spot with the big club.
