Racks up three points in win Dellandrea scored a goal on four shots and two assists in Thursday's 9-2 win over the Predators.

Impact Dellandrea was in on the action to chase Juuse Saros out of the net when he provided the primary assist on Wyatt Johnston's goal to make the score 4-0 in the first period. He added an assist to start the second period on Miro Heiskanen's wrister from the side of the net. Not to be outdone, the 23-year old center potted his 2nd goal of the season on a wicked slapper from a cross-ice pass from Jason Robertson. This was Dellandrea's first multi-point night of the season. The Stars play the Oilers on Saturday.

First four-point game of career Johnston picked up two goals and two assists in a 9-2 win over Nashville on Saturday.

Impact It was Johnston's goal at the end of the first period that finally ended the night for Juuse Saros. Johnston shoveled the puck into the net on a goal-mouth scramble and that was it for the starting netminder. It did not get much better for backup Kevin Lankinen in relief as the Stars pounded home five more goals, including two helpers and a power-play marker for Johnston. The 20-year old center is really starting to put together a fine season of his young career, reaching his 10th multi-point night of the year and his first ever four-point night. Johnston now has 17 goals on the season and is looking to best the 24 he achieved in 2022-23.

Provides relief appearance Wedgewood stopped all seven shots he faced in Thursday's 9-2 win over the Predators.

Impact With the Stars up 7-2, Wedgewood replaced Jake Oettinger between the pipes to start the third. The Predators did not put up much of a fight, sending only seven shots his way that were all kicked aside. Oettinger is clearly the No. 1 goalie as Wedgewood has only played four total games in January and February. The Blues play the Oilers on Saturday night and it is likely that Oettinger will be between the pipes.

Captures seventh straight win Oettinger allowed two goals on 22 shots in Thursday's 9-2 road win against the Predators.

Impact It was a dominant performance by Dallas all game as Oettinger only faced one total shot in the first frame. It was 5-0 for the Stars halfway between the second period before he allowed a goal by Cole Smith on the 13th shot of the game off a juicy rebound. The 25-year old netminder allowed a second goal to Tommy Novak and ended his night with a .909 save percentage. With the Stars up 7-2, Kevin Lankinen replaced him between the pipes to start the third. Even though Oettinger has been on fire as of late, he is sitting with a season save percentage of .906 (the lowest of his career) and a GAA of 2.90 (the highest of his career). The Stars will face the red-hot Oilers on Saturday at home - after only playing a couple of periods tonight look for Oettinger to be between the pipes.

Exits Thursday's game Lundkvist left Thursday's contest against Nashville because of an undisclosed injury and isn't expected to return, per Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.

Impact Lundkvist logged just 1:34 of ice time before leaving the game. He entered the evening with two goals and 15 points across 42 appearances this season. If Lundkvist isn't available Saturday versus Edmonton, then Joel Hanley might draw back into the lineup.

Impact Oettinger has been on a roll over the past two weeks, stringing together three straight wins while posting an impressive 1.67 GAA and .951 save percentage. The 25-year-old netminder will try to extend his personal winning streak to seven games in a road matchup with a Nashville team that's scoring 2.93 goals per contest at home this season, 20th in the NHL.

Losing playing time Hanley has been scratched for five of the Stars' last six games.

Impact Hanley saw steady playing time in January while Miro Heiskanen (lower body) was out, but that time has dried up since Heiskanen returned. Hanley has competed with Nils Lundkvist for the last spot on the Stars' blue line for much of the season, but the momentum isn't in Hanley's favor currently. The 32-year-old has three assists, 24 hits, 24 blocked shots and 14 PIM through 25 outings this season.

Gathers assist in win Lundkvist notched an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.

Impact Lundkvist snapped his five-game point drought by setting up a Mason Marchment tally in the second period. While his offense hasn't been very consistent, Lundkvist has at least stayed in the lineup regularly, sitting out just two of 18 games since the start of January. The 23-year-old has 15 points, 57 shots on net, 29 blocked shots, 25 hits and a plus-9 rating over 42 outings. The downside is that the emergence of Thomas Harley as an all-situations powerhouse has essentially eliminated Lundkvist's chances to play with the man advantage.

Pots goal Tuesday Marchment scored a goal on two shots, added three hits, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.

Impact Marchment converted on a pass from Nils Lundkvist in the second period. The goal extended Marchment's point streak to seven games (three tallies, six helpers) as he and the rest of the Stars' second line continue to impress. The 28-year-old winger is up to 17 goals, 42 points, 98 shots on net, 51 hits, 40 PIM and a plus-21 rating through 52 appearances.

He's up to 23 tallies, 49 points, 116 shots on net and a plus-21 rating through 51 appearances. Hintz has the talent and the role to bounce back from his recent quiet stretch, so he should remain in most fantasy lineups.

The 39-year-old Pavelski has gone eight games without a goal, though he now has six assists in that span. He's up to 46 points (19 goals, 27 assists) through 53 games in his 18th NHL season.
