Sustains lower-body injury Ekblad won't return to Saturday's game against Calgary due to a lower-body injury.

Impact Ekblad logged just 5:10 of ice time versus the Flames. He sustained the injury when he collided with a teammate, according to Colby Guy of FloridaHockeyNow.com. Ekblad entered Saturday's action with four goals, 17 points, 44 PIM, 76 hits and 55 blocks in 46 appearances in 2023-24. Tobias Bjornfot, who was claimed off waivers from Vegas on Friday, might draw into the lineup Tuesday versus Dallas if Ekblad isn't available.

Impact Rodrigues required assistance getting to the locker room after appearing to block a shot off his left ankle. The veteran forward has amassed three points over five games in March. Not playing Saturday Okposo (not injury related) won't play Saturday versus Calgary, per George Richards of Florid aHockey Now.

Impact Okposo hasn't joined the team yet after being acquired from Buffalo ahead of Friday's deadline. He has 12 goals, 22 points, 106 shots on net and 61 hits in 61 games this season. When he is available to make his Florida debut, Okposo should occupy a bottom-six spot in the lineup.

Impact Stolarz will be looking for his fifth straight win. He is 12-5-2 with a 2.07 GAA and a .921 save percentage, as he has been outstanding in a back up role for the Panthers. Stolarz will face the Flames, who are averaging 3.18 goals, 18th in the NHL.

Brought in via trade Hellberg was traded to the Panthers by the Penguins on Friday in a swap for Ludovic Waeber and a 2025 seventh-round pick.

Impact Hellberg will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason but will provide the organization with another depth option alongside Spencer Knight. In his three NHL outings this season, the 32-year-old Hellberg went 1-0-0 with a 2.50 GAA and .922 save percentage.
