Impact Stolarz is coming off a 26-save performance in Monday's 4-1 win over Nashville. Through 14 appearances this season, he has posted a 7-4-2 record with a 2.12 GAA and a .917 save percentage. The Islanders sit 24th in the league this campaign with 2.92 goals per contest.

Two PP helpers Friday Ekman-Larsson collected two power-play assists in Friday's 3-2 shootout win over the Penguins.
Impact The performance on the power play was even more impressive considering the veteran blueliner only saw 29 seconds of ice time with the man advantage. He hadn't had a multi-point performance since Dec. 30, and since Aaron Ekblad and Brandon Montour returned from injuries in mid-November, Ekman-Larsson has four goals and 14 points in 32 games while adding 43 shots on net, 38 PIM, 24 blocked shots, 23 hits and a minus-7 rating -- decent all-around numbers, but not ones worth a roster spot in shallower fantasy formats.

Plays hero in shootout Reinhart scored a power-play goal and beat Alex Nedeljkovic in the shootout to secure a 3-2 win over the Penguins.
Impact Reinhart has already set career highs with 36 goals on the season and 19 power-play tallies, and the All-Star break hasn't even arrived yet. The 28-year-old winger has failed to find the back of the net only twice in the last 16 games, piling up 18 goals and 22 points over that blistering stretch.

Downs Pens in shootout Bobrovsky turned aside 35 of 37 shots in regulation and overtime and two of three shootout attempts in Friday's 3-2 win over the Penguins.
Impact The veteran netminder has taken only one regulation loss in the last month-plus, going 9-1-1 over his last 12 appearances. Bobrovsky has 23 wins on the season, tying him for third in the NHL behind Alexandar Georgiev (27) and Thatcher Demko (25), but his 2.51 GAA and .910 save percentage are merely solid rather than numbers that will land him in the Vezina conversation.

Even once cleared to play, Cousins is unlikely to offer much in the way of fantasy value considering he is pointless in his last 14 outings and hasn't scored since Nov. 6 versus Columbus, a stretch of 26 contests without a goal.

In concussion protocol Lockwood, who has one game remaining on his suspension, is currently in the concussion protocol, Colby Guy of Florida Hockey Now reports Friday.
Impact Lockwood is not expected back when he is eligible to return from his suspension against the Islanders on Saturday. The winger suffered his concussion in a fight with Minnesota's Brandon Duhaime and is continuing to recover. Fortunately for Lockwood, after Saturday's tilt, the Panthers won't return to action until Feb. 6 against the Flyers, giving him some extra time to hopefully recover.

Impact Both helpers came in the first period as the Panthers seized control of the game with three goals in the first 10 minutes. Forsling sat out Monday's game for personal reasons but that didn't seem to slow down his productive January, and the 27-year-old blueliner has three goals and nine points in 10 contests on the month.

On the season, the 22-year-old has four goals and 18 points in 43 contests.

Impact It's the eighth multi-point performance in the last 13 games for Verhaeghe, who has piled up eight goals and 21 points over that stretch. After busting out for career highs with 42 goals and 73 points last season, the 28-year-old is on track to match or top those numbers in 2023-24, racking up 24 goals and 49 points through 47 contests.
