Impact It was horror on ice for the Flyers, who were outclassed in every area of the ice except in the net. Ersson was the best Flyer on the ice, but one man cannot win a game. He's 1-1-1 with a 2.99 GAA and .894 save percentage, and unfortunately for fantasy managers, those stats aren't likely to improve much this season.

Impact Ersson is expected to start Saturday against the Canucks as well, so it's a little surprising he got any action in Thursday's contest. The 24-year-old has been the better of the Flyers' two goalies so far, allowing seven goals on 62 shots while going 1-0-1 over three appearances. Ersson is not a must-have goalie in fantasy, but he may get to that status if he sees a substantial workload, though fantasy managers may be better off streaming him for favorable matchups.

Impact Ivan Fedotov will get the nod for Thursday's road game versus Seattle before Ersson receives his next assignment. Neither Philadelphia goaltender entered the campaign with a firm hold on the starting gig, so the job is open for either to grab if they start doing well. Still, even with the opposition struggling, this won't be an easy road clash for the 24-year-old backstop.

Ersson has four shutouts on the season, and he's the first Flyers netminder to put up four since Steve Mason did it in 2015-16. He's also the first Flyers rookie goalie with that many since Brian Boucher had four in 1999-2000.
