Justin Bailey - Signs another two-way deal Bailey signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Sharks on Sunday.

Impact Bailey suited up in 59 contests with the Sharks after agreeing to a two-way deal with the team in late November. He contributed five goals, 14 points, 70 shots on net and 76 hits at the NHL level. Bailey also earned six goals and 11 points in 16 regular-season outings with AHL San Jose in 2023-24. He will compete for a depth spot with the Sharks during training camp in the fall.

Luke Kunin - Agrees to one-year deal Kunin signed a one-year, $2.75 million contract with San Jose on Sunday.

Impact Kunin collected 11 goals, 18 points, 98 shots on net and 165 hits across 77 games with the Sharks during the 2023-24 campaign. Despite having limited offensive upside, the 26-year-old forward could occupy a middle-six role and see power-play time next season.

Impact Kynzhov has one year remaining on a two-year contract. The Sharks will save $933,333 this season and add $466,667 to their 2025-26 salary cap. Kynzhov managed only one assist in 10 regular-season appearances for the Sharks in 2023-24, as well as three goals and 14 points in 40 games with AHL San Jose.

Carl Grundstrom - On his way to San Jose Grundstrom was traded to San Jose from Los Angeles for Kyle Burroughs on Thursday.

Impact Grundstrom had eight goals and four points in 50 regular-season games for the Kings this season, before missing the final 32 contests with a lower-body injury. He returned to play in all five first-round playoff games versus Edmonton but was unable to garner a point. Grundstrom should have an opportunity to see top-six minutes with the Sharks, who are lacking in offensive depth at this time.

Calen Addison - Won't return to Sharks Addison, who will be a restricted free agent July 1, will not be re-signed by the Sharks, Max Miller of The Hockey News reports Monday.

Impact Addison saw action in 60 games for San Jose this season in which he garnered one goal on 75 shots, 11 assists and six power-play points. While he may not rejoin the Sharks, the 24-year-old blueliner should earn a contract somewhere in the NHL. Depending on where he ends up, Addison could be in line for minutes with the No. 2 power-play unit which would bolster his fantasy value.
