Ryker Evans - Contributes helper Evans logged an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact Evans was dropped from the first pairing Tuesday, but he still saw 18:20 of ice time in a third-pairing role. The 22-year-old has a goal and two assists over his last five contests. Evans is up to eight points, 20 shots on net, 22 hits, 23 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 14 contests. He had nine points in 36 games in 2023-24, so he's clearly taken a step forward as he tries to establish himself as a full-time NHL player.

Brandon Montour - Pockets helper in loss Montour notched an assist, two shots on goal and two PIM in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact The helper was Montour's first point in three games since he returned to the team following a one-game absence for the birth of his daughter. Montour set up Matty Beniers' third-period tally. Through 13 appearances this season, Montour has four goals, six assists, 44 shots on net, 23 hits, 15 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a plus-3 rating. He was on the top pairing Tuesday, but he should be a strong source of all-around production in fantasy regardless of his placement in the lineup.

Chandler Stephenson - Deals power-play helper Stephenson recorded a power-play assist and added two PIM in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact Stephenson has five helpers over his last eight games, though four of them came in the Kraken's 8-2 win over the Canadiens on Oct. 29. The 30-year-old center remains a key part of the team's top six, but he's had trouble making an impact with Seattle's lack of scoring recently. Overall, Stephenson is up to nine points (five on the power play), nine shots on net and a minus-6 rating through 14 contests.

Jaden Schwartz - Tallies in Tuesday's loss Schwartz scored a goal on three shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact Schwartz snapped a three-game point drought when he scored in the first period. The winger had gotten on the scoresheet just once in the previous seven contests, but that was a three-point effort. He's up to three goals, five assists, 19 shots on net, 11 hits and a plus-1 rating through 14 appearances in a top-six role this season.

Matty Beniers - Two points on birthday Beniers scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact Beniers celebrated his 22nd birthday with a two-point effort, his second multi-point effort of the campaign. After a cold start, the center has eight points over his last seven outings. He's collected three goals, six helpers, 27 shots on net, 14 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 14 contests this season, and he's maintained a top-six role even when his offense has been lacking.

Jared McCann - Two points in 600th career game McCann scored a power-play goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Impact McCann's offense had gone cold along with the rest of the Kraken -- they had just one goal over the previous three games. The 28-year-old was able to pick up his sixth multi-point effort of the season despite the loss. He's been one of the team's better forwards with six goals, 10 assists, 31 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 14 appearances in a top-six role.

Philipp Grubauer - Loses third straight start Grubauer allowed five goals on 30 shots in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche. The sixth goal was an empty-netter.

Impact Grubauer has been losing playing time lately, and he didn't do anything to help his cause in this game. This was his third straight loss, and the five goals allowed were a season high for the 32-year-old netminder. He's now 1-5-0 with a 3.27 GAA and an .877 save percentage over six games. After a 1-4-0 road trip for the Kraken, the crease could be up for grabs again, and it could turn into a situation where the hot hand between Grubauer and Joey Daccord ends up claiming the starting job.

Philipp Grubauer - Set to start Tuesday Grubauer is expected to start on the road against Colorado on Tuesday, per Ryan Boulding of NHL.com.

Impact Grubauer has a record of 1-4-0 with a 2.90 GAA and an .886 save percentage in five contests. He had an amazing season with the Avalanche in 2020-21 in which he posted a 30-9-1 record, 1.95 GAA and .922 save percentage, but he's finished with a save percentage below .900 in each regular season since that campaign. The Avalanche are off to a rough start this year with a 5-7-0 record, but they still rank a decent 12th offensively with 3.33 goals per game, so Colorado is capable of challenging its former goaltender.

Ryan Winterton - Brought up Tuesday Winterton was recalled from AHL Coachella Valley on Tuesday.

Impact Winterton has recorded three goals and two assists through seven games with the Firebirds this season. The right-shot forward appeared in nine NHL games with Seattle in 2023-24, and he could make his season debut at some point given the Kraken's slow start (5-7-1) to the campaign.

The Kraken's offense is mostly to blame lately -- in those five games, Daccord has received one goal or less of scoring support three times. He's emerged as the Kraken's No. 1 between the pipes, but that could change if his strong play continues to come in losses. The Kraken wrap up their road trip Tuesday in Colorado.
