Joel Hofer - Facing Florida Hofer will defend the home goal against the Panthers on Tuesday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Impact Hofer was a little shaky in his last start Dec. 30 against the Penguins, surrendering three goals on 29 shots en route to a 4-2 defeat. He'll try to get back in the win column in a rough home matchup with a scorching-hot Florida team that's won seven straight games.

Nathan Walker - Inks extension Walker signed a two-year, $1.55 million contract with the Blues on Tuesday.
Impact Walker's new contract is a one-way deal, so he could see more top-level action over the next two seasons. The 29-year-old forward has appeared in only two contests with St. Louis this year, picking up one goal over that span.

Jordan Binnington - Gets shootout win Binnington kicked out 29 of 30 shots in a 2-1 shootout win over the Hurricanes on Saturday.
Impact Binnington allowed a power-play goal 13:17 into the first period on a hard shot by Teuvo Teravainen but was unbeatable after that. He turned away a total of 29 shots, including two in overtime, to finish with a .967 save percentage to hold on to the win in the shootout. Binnington has been hot as of late, allowing only one goal in each of his last three starts. Even though he has been splitting time with Joel Hofer recently, look for him to get more starts in net in the near future as when he started five straight games in December.

Nathan Walker - Scores first goal of the season Walker opens the scoring in Saturday's 2-1 shootout win over the Hurricanes.
Impact Walker was called up from the AHL on New Year's Day, was a healthy scratch on Thursday and was able to dress on Saturday against the Hurricanes. He took advantage of his opportunity. While Walker played the least amount of minutes amongst all skaters, he scored a breakaway goal on Antti Raanta 11:04 into the first period to open the scoring. This proved to be enough for the Blues to go into overtime and eventually win in a shootout. Walker looks to stick with the big club after a plus-1 rating, 7:28 of ice time and two shots on net.

The Hurricanes, who rank eighth offensively this year with 3.46 goals per game, will likely be a tough matchup for Binnington.

Still, that's a lot of ifs for fantasy players looking for some clarity on the blueliner's status. Prior to getting hurt, the Minnesota native recorded two goals and three assists, including two power-play points, in his previous seven contests and should offer decent offensive upside once cleared to return.
