Impact Demko faced a barrage in his start Thursday versus Vegas, giving up four goals on 44 shots in a loss. He's had mixed results lately with a 2.88 GAA and a .901 save percentage over his last eight games, though some regression was expected after his stellar first month of the season. The Flames have won five of their last eight games, including a victory over the Canucks -- with Casey DeSmith in goal -- on Nov. 16.

Impact Boeser has four goals and an assist over his last three games, following a span in which he had one helper over five contests. The 26-year-old winger is at 17 tallies, 27 points, 66 shots on net and a plus-8 rating through 24 appearances this season. Boeser probably won't shoot 25.8 percent over the full campaign, but his top-six spot in a strong offense should allow him to sustain a career year.

Impact Miller set up Andrei Kuzmenko's tally in the third period, which was all the Canucks could put on the scoreboard. With six assists over his last three games, Miller has eased the concern over his season-worst four-game goal drought. The 30-year-old has played a starring role in a strong offense with 36 points, 56 shots on net, 49 hits, 19 blocked shots, 16 PIM and a plus-10 rating over 24 appearances this season.

Impact Kuzmenko has had an eventful week or so -- he was scratched twice and endured a four-game point drought before his goal Thursday. The 27-year-old winger ended the contest with 17:27 of ice time, his highest mark of November, and goal has to help in regards to getting out of head coach Rick Tocchet's doghouse. Kuzmenko is up to four tallies, 15 points, 32 shots on net and a plus-3 rating through 21 contests. Given his scoring capabilities, fantasy managers would be shrewd to check to see if an impatient rival cut ties with the winger during his recent stint in the press box.
