Impact Driussi ultimately had a quiet game against LAFC, but that should take nothing away from the stellar season both he and his team had in 2022. The MVP candidate finished second in the Golden Boot race with 22 goals in the regular season and then added three more in the playoffs to go along with his five assists. He featured in all 37 of Austin's MLS matches (35 starts) from attacking midfield as the club climbed all the way up from a 12th-placed finish last year in the West to become the No. 2 seed in this campaign.

Maximiliano Urruti - Scores own goal in playoff loss Urruti subbed into Sunday's Western Conference Final against LAFC in the 61st minute, and he scored an own goal in the 3-0 defeat.
Impact Urruti scored nine goals before the start of September, but things dried up for him from then on as he only started in two of Austin's final six games of the season, and he scored a vital own goal from a Carlos Vela corner kick in the Western Conference Final on Sunday. The 31-year-old will want to win back the No. 9 role from Moussa Djitte heading into 2023.

He is likely to continue being used as an impact substitute as the summer arrival only made his MLS debut in September, but it's not out of the question that he could take over from Ethan Finlay as the starter on the right wing against LAFC next weekend.
