Alexander Nubel - Two saves in lossNubel had two saves and allowed three goals in Sunday's 3-2 defeat versus Eintracht Frankfurt.
ImpactNubel faced five shots and stopped two of them during a 3-2 loss against a red-hot Frankfurt. Nubel has been good, and even great in some matches, but he's also had a brutally difficult start to the season, and Stuttgart are seemingly struggling with the increased workload that a European campaign has brought on.

Angelo Stiller - Rare assist in lossStiller assisted once to go with one cross (zero accurate) and five chances created in Sunday's 3-2 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.
ImpactStiller is normally the more defensively-minded of the Stuttgart midfielders, but he was all offense throughout the second half Sunday. He popped up for an assist, and created five chances while trying to come back from the three-goal deficit. In the end Stiller heads into the break in solid form and with some surprisingly strong offensive upside.

Chris Fuhrich - Assists lateFuhrich assisted once to go with four shots (three on goal), four crosses (two accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 3-2 defeat versus Eintracht Frankfurt.
ImpactFuhrich got back on the pitch and was immediately creative, causing issues across the attack, and earning an assist. Some injury issues and poor form have cost Fuhrich some minutes, but when he plays he stills offers plenty going forward. Fuhrich should also have some more favorable matches coming out of the break.

Josha Vagnoman - Nets rare goalVagnoman scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and one chance created in Sunday's 3-2 loss versus Eintracht Frankfurt.
ImpactVagnoman popped up for the late goal during Sunday's loss, getting forward from his spot in the defense to beat Kevin Trapp. Vagnoman isn't a major offensive contributor, at least not as a goal scorer, but the goal was a nice boon. He should have some more manageable matches coming out of the international break after a brutal start to the season.

Nick Woltemade - Nets in lossWoltemade scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal) and one chance created in Sunday's 3-2 defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt.
ImpactWoltemade was on the scoresheet with a late goal during Sunday's loss, popping up and converting his only shot on goal. He also created a chance in the limited role against a solid defense. The defeat is disappointing, but Woltemade is making his case for more minutes as Stuttgart compete on all fronts.

Kevin Trapp - Eight saves for winTrapp recorded eight saves and allowed two goals in Sunday's 3-2 win against VfB Stuttgart.
ImpactTrapp looked on pace for one of the most impressive clean sheets of the season, before a pair of late Stuttgart goals cost him that. Still it was a solid showing stopping eight of the 10 shots he faced on the way to a massive three points. Trapp continues to be a rock-solid goalkeeper in all competitions.

Tuta - Busy defensivelyTuta generated six tackles (four won), eight clearances and one interception in Sunday's 3-2 victory versus VfB Stuttgart. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 26th minut...
ImpactTuta had everything to do behind the ball during Sunday's win, and he did his work well. The defender caused issues for the Stuttgart attack throughout, popping up in channels and in the box to disrupt all the attacks. Tuta will continue as the most tenured option in the defense, with the ability to play in midfield if needed as well.
