Charlie Taylor - Remains a doubt Taylor (foot) remains a doubt for Saturday's trip to Brighton, according to manager Sean Dyche.

Impact Taylor has been close to return for the last four matches, according to Dyche, but nothing has really changed. It's some kind of foot injury that's not allowing him to be ready. Either way, there's a chance Erik Pieters holds onto the left-back position upon Taylor's return, though Taylor has held the leg up in recent years.

Wout Weghorst - Expected to be ready Saturday Weghorst (hip) has "done some light training" and manager Sean Dyche is expecting him to be "okay" for Saturday's trip to Brighton.

Impact It doesn't sound like a serious injury for Weghorst and he'll probably hold onto his starting role Saturday. If not, things may have to be moved around in the XI, as Burnley don't really have anyone else outside of Maxwel Cornet who could play as more of a striker.
