Signs new contract with Austin Pereira signed a new contract with Austin FC, the club announced Friday.

Impact Austin had already picked up the option on Pereira's contract, but they have still signed him to a new contract. Essentially, this new deal signs the Venezuela international for the entire 2025 MLS campaign with an option to keep him around for 2026. The midfielder was excellent in 2024, scoring once and adding four assists in 26 appearances (23 starts.) Pereira also played over 2,000 minutes for the third season in a row.
