Suffers injury in loss Pereira suffered a suspected abdomen injury during Wednesday's 2-0 loss to LAFC, according to head coach Josh Wolff via Mike Craven of the Austin American-Statemen.
Impact Pereira already missed much of June with a different injury and it's not clear how long this will rule him out just yet. Fortunately there's two weeks until the July 22 game against Seattle, so Pereira has time to recover some of his fitness. If that doesn't happen, Sebastian Berhalter could be in line for the start.

Impact Manager Josh Wolff told media that Pereira was "certainly injured" following the loss against Nashville on Monday, so his absence isn't a surprise. His next chance to play will come after the international break when Austin takes on Sporting Kansas City on June 12.
