ImpactAgain, Dyche does not provide much of an update for Gomes execpt that he is continuing to recover from the calf injury. This is no surprise as the midfielder has yet to step foot on the pitch because of it. Depending on his timeline, it is possible that the team will not see Gomes until December, at minimum.

He is working his way back with some individual work and will look to return to team training before the end of the month. Regardless, the midfielder will be nothing more than a bench option once he returns to the pitch.
