Yamil Asad - Dealing with MCL injury Asad (knee) is dealing with an MCL injury and doesn't have a timetable for his return to action, manager Pat Noonan told Laurel Pfahler of The Queen City Press on Monday.

Impact Noonan said Asad didn't suffer the injury in the first half of Friday's game against Santos Laguna but rather in the second half following a completely different play. The winger won't play in the remainder of the Leagues Cup, regardless of how far Cincinnati can advance, and his status seems to be in jeopardy for the rest of the 2024 MLS season as well, depending on his recovery process.
