Mainstay in defense Walker appeared in 32 matches (30 starts), notching four assists on 25 chances created to go along with 27 interceptions, 35 clearances and 38 tackles. Impact Walker maintains another season serving on the right flank of the defense for City, using his speed and aggressive nature to compile another season of creating headaches for attacking opponents. However, his most surprising attribute this campaign was his success moving forward, as his four assists were the most since 2019, only having more in his first season with City back in 2017 when he put up six. He should hold the same role next campaign, although with him now being 34 and his main attribute being speed, it will be interesting to see how long he can play at this level. There is also a chance he could be on his way out, with a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia being the leading candidate.
