Denied clean sheet by late goal Sels conceded once and made three saves in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Luton.

Impact Sels put in a solid performance and is far from the first visiting keeper to concede a late goal at Kenilworth Road this season. He has conceded a single goal in each of his last three matches and has one clean sheet since arriving from Strasbourg in January, conceding 11 goals in seven. Nottingham face fellow strugglers Crystal Palace next Saturday.

Decent despite allowing goal Sels registered three saves and allowed one goal in Sunday's 1-0 loss versus Brighton.

Impact Sels had a great game in net, as he provided three saves while keeping Brighton from finding the back of the net. However, he was still scored on, as fellow teammate Andrew Omobamidele scored an own goal in the 29th minute. The keeper remains with only one clean sheet since joining the club six appearances ago, in search of his second in the club's next match against Luton Town on Saturday.

Impact Sels faced just two shots on his net from a injury-riddled Liverpool, and stopped just one of them. In the end Darwin Nunez found the back of the not late in second half stoppage time. Sels has been good since making the switch to England, but the defense in front of him isn't doing him many favors, often leaving some top chances for him to handle.

Impact Sels struggled against Aston Villa as he allowed four goals in the match. All four goals were difficult for the goalkeeper as they occured from short-range inside the box. Next, he'll have another difficult matchup against Liverpool, the current league leader in goals.

Impact Sels notched his first clean sheet in the Premier League during his third appearance for Nottingham Forest. The goalkeeper made three saves, the most since joining the club. Next, he'll face off against Aston Villa, a team with 52 goals in 25 games.

Joins Nottingham Forest Sels completed a move to Nottingham Forest from Strasbourg, the club announced.

Impact Sels is another goalkeeper to compete with Matt Turner in Nottingham. Sels was solid with Strasbourg in the first half of the season but his best work came in 2021/22 when he kept 13 clean sheets. Sels can handle major volume as well, stopping 41 shots in 19 games this season and 115 shots in 38 games in 2022/23. Sels joins a very crowded goalkeeper room, but should get a chance in the starting XI.
