Tyler Miller - Concedes twice once again in lossMiller made three saves and conceded twice in the 2-0 loss to Colorado on Wednesday.
ImpactMiller was on par the entire game and was let down by his defense with the second of the two goals. The keeper was beaten once by a very well-placed shot and the second was a combination of skill and awareness from Colorado's Andre Shinyashiki. Prior to Miller's recent run of poor form (last two matches), he had managed to concede only two goals through six appearances. His defense certainly is not helping, but he will need to bounce back quickly to keep Minnesota in contention for playoffs.

Emanuel Reynoso - Takes two corners in 2-0 lossReynoso produced one shot (none on target), created two chances, sent four crosses (two accurate), took two corners and made three tackles (one won) during the 2-0 loss to Colorado...
ImpactReynoso continued to be one of the better players for Minnesota in their loss Wednesday. The midfielder is easily their best producer so far in the early stages of the campaign and his ceiling remains high as long as he is positioned up top. In 11 appearances this season he is averaging, 3.09 shots, 3.09 chances created, 5.45 crosses, 3.36 corners and 1.9 tackles per 90 minutes in all competitions.

William Yarbrough - Collects fifth clean sheet in winYarbrough managed two saves and received one clean sheet in the 2-0 win against Minnesota on Wednesday.
ImpactYarbrough was barely challenged the entire match. The keeper has been given a break as of recent thanks to his defense stepping up. In the first nine appearances of the season, Yarbrough averaged 3.66 saves per 90 minutes in all competitions. In his past two appearances, he is averaging 1.5 saves per 90 minutes in all competitions. Nevertheless, Yarbrough is a great option and he is becoming one of the more stable options in the league at his position.

Nicolas Mezquida - Receives second start of seasonMezquida produced one shot (none on target), created two chances, sent four crosses (one accurate), took three corners and made five tackles (two won) in the 2-0 victory against Mi...
ImpactMezquida was great in some areas and lacked in others during the win Wednesday. The midfielder was in charge of the majority of set-pieces and outside of that he did not offer much in terms of offense. Granted, he did more than enough on the defensive side of the ball. Luckily, in overall terms this was his best performance so far this season. As long as teammate Jack Price is healthy though, Mezquida's value takes a hit.

Andre Shinyashiki - Finds second goal in styleShinyashiki scored once, took three shots (one on target) and drew one foul in the 2-0 win over Minnesota on Wednesday.
ImpactShinyashiki has been very off for the majority of the early season. However, he showed a little spark of life in the win. The forward managed to turn a bad pass into a lovely half-moon and an eventual goal. The goal itself highlights one of his best attributes, speed. In three seasons, Shinyashiki has yet to truly make a name for himself and he may be reaching his final trial this season. Until he can start getting some consistent minutes again and consistent production look elsewhere.

Cole Bassett - Produces on and off the ball in winBassett produced three shots (two on target), created two chances, sent one cross (one accurate), took one corner and received one yellow card in the 2-0 win against Minnesota on W...
ImpactBassett was one of the most productive players on the pitch between either club Wednesday. The forward had a plethora of chances and he should of had at least one goal. For fantasy owners it is certainly nice to see Bassett starting to consistently produce as well. He now has averaged three shots, 1.5 chances created, eight crosses and four corners over his last two appearances. He did not have a large share of the set-pieces here, but he was still able to gather value from open-field play.

Diego Rubio - Gathers second assist in 2-0 winRubio assisted once, took one shot (one on target), created two chances and made two tackles (two won) during the 2-0 win over Minnesota on Wednesday.
ImpactRubio had multiple chances in the win Wednesday. However, he struggled to finish the prime chances he had. Nevertheless, Rubio still produced and he managed to benefit from a spectacular goal to provide him with an assist on the day. Rubio has been off and on throughout the short season so far, but he remains one of the main men to lead the line for the Rapids.
