Jonathan Mensah - Another good game logMensah logged five clearances and one interception during a 0-0 draw Saturday against Real Salt Lake.

ImpactMensah was the 2022 Crew's best center-back across their 15 league games played until now. He logged 56 clearances and 12 interceptions. Both tallies are current Crew bests, and the team allowed less than 17 goals while Mensah played all but one game.

Pablo Ruiz - One less corner than SavarinoRuiz attempted three corner kicks during a 0-0 draw Saturday versus Columbus.

ImpactRuiz was Real Salt Lake's main corner-kick specialist from February to June. However, the team finally started its May 4 signing Jefferson Savarino this month. He logged more corner-kick attempts than those Ruiz recorded Saturday. If the acquisition regularly starts in place of Maikel Chang, Ruiz's future corner rate could decrease.
