ImpactJimenez was active going forward against Portland, but despite having started every single MLS game this season he has only scored once in 16 games since the start of May. We'll see how much longer manager Bob Bradley keeps patience with Jimenez as the starting striker with Ayo Akinola still waiting in the wings.

He hasn't kept a clean sheet in any of his last six MLS games but next weekend he will face Sporting KC, which have scored just 26 goals in 26 matches this season, the worst record in the Western Conference.

ImpactBlanco set up a Jose Van Rankin strike for his seventh assist of the season, which is his already best personal mark in MLS since 2019. He lined up as the lone forward on Saturday, but he will likely return to attacking midfield in the future.
