Impact Vargas seemed to be trending in the right direction and had managed to return to training, but he wasn't cleared by the medical staff, so he'll miss the matchup against the Galaxy. His next chance to return will come against Montreal on April 6, and in the meantime, Danny Leyva should remain as his replacement in central midfield.
