Finn Surman - Signs with Portland Surman has completed a transfer out of free agency to Portland, his new club announced.

Impact Surman has spent the past three seasons in New Zealand but is making the jump to America, as he is joining Portland on a two-and-a-half-year deal. The 20-year-old isn't likely to see much time to begin with, serving in a rotational role at best and obtained for more of a future purpose. He won't join the team until after the Olympics, as he is set to compete with New Zealand.

Kamal Miller - Back with Portland Miller has made his return to Portland ahead of Saturday's trip to the Galaxy, per Jeremy Peterman of the Cascadia F.C.

Impact Miller was only able to appear in two matches for Canada at Copa America. With Portland, he has been able to start all 15 appearances, averaging about four clearances per game. He will likely return to the back line for the side for its trip to the Galaxy on Saturday.
