Impact Lambert joined the team at the end of August, but was not much of an impact with just three appearances. He only recorded 61 minutes of play while recording just two tackles (one won) and three clearances this campaign.

Nelson Palacio - Starter since joining Palacio made 12 starts in 13 appearances during the 2023 season with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Palacio joined in June and was an instant addition to the midfield. He did record an assist while logging in 17 tackles (11 won), 16 interceptions and 12 clearances. The midfielder is set to remain the starting midfielder for the 2024 campaign as he is expected to play in his first full season with the team.

Andres Gomez - Decent in first season Gomez ended the season making 17 starts in 33 appearances during the 2023 year with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Gomez did a good job despite having just a bench role during his first season with Salt Lake. He recorded a goal with five assists while also logging in 61 crosses (10 won) and 29 tackles (25 won). However, the midfielder only assisted once during the last two game of the season.

Braian Ojeda - Finishes first season in MLS Ojeda will end the season making 25 starts in 33 appearances with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Ojeda decided to signed a long-tern contract with Salt Lake on a permanent deal from Nottingham. He finished the year making 25 starts in 33 appearances, recording an assist on 68 tackles (44 won), 43 interceptions and 22 chances created. The midfielder also averaged about two tackles per game.

Ilijah Paul - Not much time with senior team Paul only made three appearances during the 2023 season with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Paul made his MLS debut in June, playing in just 20 minutes all season. He did get some minutes with the reserve team and was also sent on loan to Lame in Northern Ireland.

Bertin Jacquesson - Played with Real Monarchs Jacquesson spent most of the season in the MLS Next Pro league with Real Monarchs.

Impact Jacquesson ended up signing a contract with Real Salt Lake in August, keeping him in the organization for the next three years. The 22-year-old will look to crack with the senior team for the 2024 campaign, having already made four starts in 10 appearances this campaign.

Jasper Loffelsend - Chosen to return for next season Loffelsend has his contract exercised for the 2024 season with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Loffelsend was a depth option for the team, recording a goal and an assist with 37 tackles (23 won) and 19 clearances in 22 matches, 15 of them coming as starts. He also spent a few games as an unused substitute, though kept healthy for most of the season.

Bode Davis - Staying with Salt Lake Hidalgo has his contract exercised by Real Salt Lake and will return for the 2024 season.

Impact Hidalgo ended the season on the injured list, ending the year making 14 starts in 24 appearances. In that span, the defender made an assist with 28 crosses (two accurate), 23 tackles (15 won) and 23 clearances. He could remain a bench role for next season, though is one of the most important subs in the defense for the team.

Emeka Eneli - Option exercised Eneli has his contract exercised by Real Salt Lake and will return for the 2024 season.

Impact Eneli finished his first season in the MLS, recording 26 tackles (13 won), 18 clearances and 17 interceptions in 23 appearances, 15 of them coming as starts. He was also flexible in the positions he played, having moved from the defense to the midfield this campaign. This was enough for the team to bring him back for the 2024 season, where he will look to fight for a starting role for the team.

Maikel Chang - Returing for 2024 season Chang will return to Real Salt Lake next season after exercising his contract for the 2024 campaign.

Impact Chang has spent the last four seasons playing in Salt Lake and will return for a fifth season. He ends the 2023 campaign recording four assists in 23 matches, 13 of them coming as starts. The midfielder also averaged about 3.9 crosses per game with 90, a career high for Chang.

Anderson Julio - Five goal on season Anderson Julio ended the 2023 season making 14 starts in 31 appearances with Real Salt Lake.

Impact Anderson Julio has risen slightly in the depth start from last season after starting just three goals in 20 appearances during the 2022 year. He scored five goals as well, three of them coming off the bench. Him and Rubio Rubin will fight it out for playing time for the 2024 season.

Impact Rubin had lost his starting forward role since the addition of Cristian Arango, having made just three starts in the last 11 matches. He was struggling to score regardless, scoring just two goals this year. Rubin will likely be downgraded to a regular bench role for next campaign as it will also be his final year left in his contract.

Impact Arango made the decision to return to the league after spending a few months with Pachuca. He was brilliant during his short time this season with six goals and on assist. He did suffer a hamstring injury that saw him benched to close out the campaign. The forward will stay with Salt Lake and is expected to play in his first full year with the club for the 2024 season.

Impact Musovski was subbed onto the pitch in the 90th minute to take part in the penalty shootout. He took his side's fifth penalty and with the shootout tied at 3-3, he hit the left post which allowed Griffin Dorsey to win the series on the next kick. It was a very tough end to the season for Musovski after he recorded five goals and four assists in 26 appearances (14 starts) this season.

Impact Oviedo assisted Diego Luna's equalizer in the 65th minute, a goal which eventually sent the match into a series-deciding penalty shootout. Oviedo did not take a shot in the shootout as his side lost it 4-3 and were eliminated from the playoffs. He finished the season with four assists and five clean sheets in 28 appearances (22 starts).

Diego Luna - Scores equalizer in playoff loss Luna scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and two chances created in Saturday's 1-1 (5-4) penalty shootout loss against Houston Dynamo.

Impact Luna scored a goal in the 65th minute Saturday off a Bryan Oviedo assist, a goal which tied the match at 1-1 and eventually sent the match into a penalty shootout. Luna took the third penalty of the shootout and it was saved by Steve Clark, which eventually led to his side losing the shootout and being eliminated from the playoffs. He finished the season with seven goals and one assist in 26 appearances (17 starts).

Impact MacMath lost Saturday's penalty shootout 4-3 and he and his team were eliminated from the playoffs as a result. He saved the fourth shot in the shootout, but it was not enough to defeat Houston. He ends the season with nine clean sheets in 31 appearances while conceding 40 goals and making 96 saves.
