Eren Dinkci - Officially moving to Freiburg Dinkci will join Freiburg on a permanent deal from Werder Bremen after spending the 2023/24 season on loan with Heidenheim.

Impact Dinkci had a solid season with Heidenheim, keeping them in the Bundesliga after recording 10 goals and four assists in 33 appearances, all of them coming as starts. He will stay in Germany as he will join Freiburg from Werder, scoring just one in 25 appearances in two campaign with the side.

Roland Sallai - Takes three shots Wednesday Sallai generated three shots (one on goal), two crosses (one accurate) and one chance created in Wednesday's 2-0 defeat against Germany.

Impact Sallai was one of the few players who gave Germany some problems in the final third, but he was unable to make a difference in a game where his team looked brutally overmatched. Sallai has taken five shots and created two chances in his first two games with Hungary, starting both times.

Noah Atubolu - Crushed by Leipzig Atubolu allowed four goals while making two saves during Saturday's 4-1 loss to Leipzig.

Impact Atubolu conceded three goals in the first half and one in the second as Freiburg dropped all three points Saturday. The keeper has allowed seven goals while making nine saves and keeping a clean sheet over his last three starts.

Vincenzo Grifo - Scores as substitute Grifo scored a goal with his lone shot while crossing eight times (one accurate) and creating a chance during Saturday's 4-1 loss to Leipzig.

Impact Grifo entered the match at halftime and scored Freibrug's lone goal in the 59th minute. Grifo hasn't started in back-to-back matches, but the goal could potentially earn him a spot back in the starting XI next week against Darmstadt.

Noah Atubolu - Keeps clean sheet in win Atubolu had three saves and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 3-0 victory versus Monchengladbach.

Impact Atubolu logged his second clean sheet in the last five games to help Freiburg earn the road win. The goalkeeper was coming from nine goals conceded in his previous three starts, though. He will now look to keep things rolling against Leipzig on Saturday.

Noah Atubolu - Allows three against Leverkusen Atubolu registered four saves and allowed three goals in Sunday's 3-2 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen.

Impact Atubolu made a decent four saves Sunday but still could have been better, as he allowed three goals past him in the loss. The keeper has now gone three matches since his last clean sheet, looking to add to his seven in league play. He will hope that the eighth one comes in the club's next match when they face Gladbach on March 30.

Impact Doan sent in the cross for the opener, bagging his first assist of the campaign. The midfielder only has three attacking returns this season (two goals, one assist), two of which have come against Bochum following his goal in the reverse fixture. If he starts against against West Ham in mid-week, it will be his longest run of consecutive starts since the season began.

Michael Gregoritsch - Scores and assists Gregoritsch scored with his only shot and registered one assist from two chances created in Sunday's 2-1 victory over Bochum.

Impact Gregoritsch followed up on his mid-week goal in the europa league with two more attacking returns. He set up the first with a cross before heading in what turned out to be the winner. The striker has four goals and two assists in his last six appearances (in all competitions, despite only two of those being starts. It will therefore be hard for manager Christian Streich to leave him out of the starting XI for the visit of Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday

Impact Ginter was a part of the Freiburg back line that conceded twice on Friday leading the team in both blocks and clearances. The start was Ginter's first since the opening match of February after missing three matches and being eased off the bench due to an Achilles injury.

Daniel-Kofi Kyereh - Still out Kyereh (knee) is out for Friday's match against Bayern Munich.

Impact Kyereh still is not ready for a return, having yet to recover from knee surgery he received just over a year ago in the previous campaign. This is a brutal run for the midfielder, as he will want to reach full fitness and get back on the field by the end of the season. When he does return, he may get a bid at a starting spot, as he did start in 10 of his 16 appearances before the injury last campaign, although it will take time to secure that spot after such a long absence.

Noah Atubolu - Concedes two in loss Atubolu made six saves and conceded two goals during Sunday's 2-1 loss against Augsburg.

Impact Atubolu had a nice performance between the posts, making some great interventions and shutting the opposition down during most of the contest. But then he ended up being beaten twice during the final 20 minutes and saw the opposition getting a come-from-behind win. Although he wasn't at fault for either goal, the fact that the goalkeeper allowed multiple goals in seven of his last eight starts makes him a very risky pick for fantasy purposes. To make things worse, his side will next host Bayern Munich on Friday.

Vincenzo Grifo - Converts PK versus Augsburg Grifo scored a penalty goal, created two chances and sent in four crosses (one accurate) during Sunday's 2-1 loss against Augsburg.

Impact Grifo was Freiburg's lone bright spot up front as he opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 19th minute and then carried his team's offense almost singlehandedly. If the team still has something to play for this season, much of this is owed to Grifo, who scored four goals and made two assists over the last six league matches.
