Albert Rusnak - Scores game-winning goal Rusnak scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal) and one chance created in Wednesday's 2-1 victory versus Austin FC.
Impact Rusnak was the hero for Seattle, as he scored the game-winning goal in the final minutes after pouncing on a rebound inside the box and drilling a shot outside of Brad Stuver's reach. Rusnak has three goals on the season and has scored all of them when playing in a more advanced role, as opposed to the DM position he's played in during most of the campaign.

Impact Frei was massive several times for the Sounders and played a significant role in the win, but unfortunately, he couldn't keep a clean sheet after conceding a goal in the second half. He has gone four straight matches without a shutout, but he has limited the damage to just one goal in three of those outings.

Cristian Roldan - Still dealing with symptoms Roldan is dealing with concussion-like symptoms and is not expected to play Saturday against Portland, Jeremiah Oshan of Sounders at Heart reports.
Impact Roldan was on the bench against Austin on Wednesday, but the veteran midfielder is scheduled to see another specialist since the concussion-like symptoms are periodically returning. He's made just three league appearances since early April, and the Sounders are not expected to rush him into action, especially given the fact he has already suffered two concussions in 2023.

Impact Lodeiro assisted on the first goal of the game when his cross found the head of Yeimar Gomez in the 17th minute. It was Lodeiro's first assist since April and his fourth on the season. The 33-year-old has only missed one match all season but seems to be a far way off from his old self as age starts to catch up with him. He only has five goal contributions this year and has almost no chance of reaching last season's mark of 14 with only so many matches remaining before playoffs.

Impact Gomez had a very unusual match Saturday, scoring the opening goal of the game to put Seattle in the lead while also scoring an own goal to level the match. The 31-year-old was unfortunate to score the own goal but did very well in the game despite that blunder, notching two shots (one on target), one tackle (one won) and six clearances to go along with his goal. The defender has only missed one start all season and should remain a starter for the rest of the year.

Stefan Frei - Unfortunate to lose clean sheet Frei registered four saves and allowed one goal in Sunday's 1-1 draw versus Minnesota United.
Impact Frei had a great game in net making four saves, but was unlucky to lose his clean sheet when his own teammate Yeimar Gomez headed a ball back into their own net. Frei was battered with shots in the second half but did well to keep the match as a draw. The 37-year-old has been great this year, leading the MLS in clean sheets with 11 and will look to add another when he takes on Austin in his next match.
