Joe Aribo - Nets off bench Aribo scored one goal to go with three shots (two on goal) in Saturday's 2-2 tie against Leeds United.

Impact Aribo came on for the final 30 minutes of Saturday's draw and scored his first goal for Southampton. The striker came to the club from Rangers, where he went to the Europa League final in 2021/22. Aribo has had a bright start with Southampton though his fantasy upside is hard to trust when he's not in the starting XI.

Kyle Walker-Peters - Opens season account Walker-Peters scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal), five crosses (one accurate), and one chance created in Saturday's 2-2 tie against Leeds United.

Impact Walker-Peters scored his first goal of the 2022/23 campaign and his second of his time with Southampton. The right-back isn't a major offensive threat but the goal is a nice boon for fantasy managers. Walker-Peters and Southampton are off to a rough start in the season but the right-back should be a nailed-on starter with some ability to fill the stat sheet on both sides of the ball.

Gavin Bazunu - Concedes four goals in EPL debut Bazunu made five saves but conceded four goals in Saturday's 4-1 defeat against Tottenham.

Impact Saturday was a baptism of fire for Bazunu, as he conceded four times (including an own goal) in his first ever Premier League appearance. Still, the fact that the 20-year-old keeper was selected ahead of Alex McCarthy for the opener means that manager Ralph Hasenhuttl trusts him and he should be given some time to adapt to the new league and grow into Southampton's squad. Next weekend he will face Leeds United, which scored 42 goals last season.

Impact Djenepo set up a goal for James Ward-Prowse early in Saturday's game, his first assist in the Premier League since February 2020. He only started five matches last season however and will be competing with Romain Perraud for the left-back spot at Southampton this campaign.

Until he can find some form and get his fitness back, he'll struggle to make the starting XI consistently.

His return is a nice boost ahead of the season after he featured regularly when healthy last campaign.
