Khiry Shelton - Takes shot in draw Shelton took a shot on target and won one of one tackles in Saturday's 0-0 draw against the Crew.

Impact Shelton wasn't very effective against Columbus on Saturday, and he really hasn't been very good at all this season thus far. It was always going to be tough to replace Alan Pulido -- who's out for the season with a knee injury but has tallied 15 goals and seven assists in his previous two campaigns in Kansas City -- but Shelton has just six shots (one on target) in seven MLS appearances (six starts). It might not be long before on-loan striker Nikola Vujnovic gets his chance in the starting lineup.

Kortne Thompson-Ford - Keeps clean sheet in draw Ford made a block, three clearances and three interceptions in Saturday's 0-0 draw against the Crew. He also won one of two tackles in the match.

Impact Ford started Saturday in his first appearance since returning from an ankle injury he suffered in late March, and he did well to shut out Columbus. With Nicolas Isimat-Mirin going down with a head injury in the game, Ford might remain in the lineup against Dallas next weekend.

Impact Melia kept his third clean sheet of the season Saturday as his side claimed a much-needed point to halt a three-game losing streak in MLS. Next weekend he will face FC Dallas, which have scored 12 goals in eight matches this season.

Nicolas Isimat-Mirin - Comes off injured against Columbus Isimat-Mirin was subbed out in the fifth minute of Saturday's draw against the Crew after suffering a head injury.

Impact Isimat-Mirin was taken to a hospital to be evaluated for a concussion as well as a possible broken bone in the face, Sporting KC's Aly Trost reports. The results of those tests will determine if he has to miss additional game time or not. Robert Voloder replaced him in central defense on Saturday, but Andreu Fontas could also return to the lineup if necessary.
