Keshon Gilbert - Logs triple-double Sunday Gilbert racked up 10 points (4-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 10 rebounds, 11 assists and four steals in 31 minutes during Sunday's 85-70 victory over New Hampshire.
Impact Considering Gilbert scored just four points in a matchup 10 days earlier, this was an exceptional bounceback for the breakout junior guard. Rarely does a transfer from a mid-major to power conference go this well, as Gilbert is now on pace for career highs in scoring (14.4 ppg), assists (4.9 apg) and rebounds (4.7 rpg), in addition to shooting percentage (47.2). The only concern here is that the Cyclones have played one of the weaker non-conference schedules and came up empty in arguably their two toughest tests against Virginia Tech and Texas A&M. They'll see much more difficult opponents each night when Big 12 play begins, which for Iowa State lands Saturday at Oklahoma.

Impact Lipsey continues to be one of the most consistent forces in the fantasy realm, as he's solid in the scoring department but elite in ancillary production. He's particularly elite in formats that value steals, as he's recorded three or more in 11 consecutive games, and his 3.6 spg average is the second best mark in the entire country. On top of the thefts, the biggest chance for Lipsey from last season has been outside shooting, as he's now converting 1.6 three-pointers per contest at an efficient success rate of 42.9 percent. Likely a later pick in fantasy drafts, Lipsey has the makings of a league-winning selection.
