Impact Nowell posted logged 18 points for the second consecutive game, though this game in an extremely inefficient outing that included seven turnovers from the 5-foot-8 point guard. The senior has put up massive stats this season with 16.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 7.6 assists and 2.3 steals while playing 36.2 minutes per game. However, much of his scoring production has come from his consistent ability to get to the charity stripe (5.7 attempts per game), as he's only shot 39 percent from the field and 35.2 percent from beyond the three-point arc. Nowell has now committed 24 turnovers over his last four games, pushing his average up to 3.6 per game on the season. Nevertheless, his massive usage will still make Nowell one of the most prolific fantasy scorers in the entire Big 12.
