Impact Nacua has been sidelined since sustaining a sprained ankle during the Cougars' season opener against USF. However, the starting wideout looks ready to return to action in Week 4. Nacua recorded 43 catches (67 targets) for 805 yards and six touchdowns over 12 games for BYU last year, and he will form a solid receiving duo with Gunner Romney (undisclosed) when the two are healthy this season.

Impact The Cougars were down from the start and were playing catchup the entire game including being down 38-7 in the third quarter. Hall also ran eight times for 19 yards. It did not help Hall that two of their top wide receivers, Puka Nacua and Gunner Romney, both missed another game with an injury. Hall might be in store for another big game on Saturday, Sept. 24 at home against Wyoming. The Cowboys have given up 227 passing yards per game and are 77th in the FBS in that category. Wyoming's defense has been a little stingier so far this season.
